All our vehicles are covered by an insurance policy which guarantees the risks listed hereafter, against the material or bodily damages that can be caused by the vehicles intended for the hiring of car:
1- Civil Liability Guarantee
2- Damage to the vehicle
3- Vehicle fire
4- Vehicle theft
6- Passenger protection
In case of damage, the damage of the vehicle remains the responsibility of the customer within the limit of a deductible. In order to protect you against the inconvenience related to the damages, LabelVoiture proposes you the supplements of protection CDW (Franchise in case of damages):
Total Damage Franchise Removal: The Total Damage Waiver is an optional guarantee that allows you to reduce the amount of the deductible completely, except in the event of theft, attempted theft or vandalism. This warranty is applicable if the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. In the event of a total cancellation of the excess, an incompressible deposit is however required to guarantee the loss of vehicle papers, loss of keys, additional day fees or other expenses not covered by the insurance Total Damage Cancellation.

Personal effects are not covered.
Damage to tires, rims and punctures, towing charges, deterioration or theft of accessories (rear-view mirror, antenna, turn signal, lighthouse), water damage (rain, sea) due to negligence, internal damage, damage caused under the vehicle and due to improper use of the vehicle, damage caused off an asphalt road, and more generally all damage due to non-compliance with the manufacturers’ standards remain the responsibility of the customer even if the franchise buyback insurance (CDW) has been taken out.
The loss of the keys forcing us to change all the locks. The total amount of these charges will be fully billed to the customer. The replacement of the keys following a deterioration remains the responsibility of the customer. Failure to return the vehicle keys after the flight will result in the billing of the vehicle. The damage caused to the vehicle by an unauthorized driver remains entirely the responsibility of the tenant.
The material damage caused to the vehicle is covered only in the case of an accident with an identified third party and on production of an accident report within 24 hours. Theft or degradation of the vehicle must also be declared to the police (police or gendarmerie). The absence of these documents implies the full payment of the damage by the customer.
